Three-course Dinner Menu
- Entree: A warm, roasted pumpkin, caramelised onion and sticky fig tart, drizzled with creamed fetta, red pepper oil and balsamic glaze. (V)
- Mains:(choose one)
- Thai style chicken breast served with sticky jasmine rice, finger eggplant and a coconut cream broth finished with a sprinkle of chopped mint. (gf, df, nf).
- Three-hour slow cooked, balsamic glazed lamb shank, served on potato and cauliflower purée, with seasonal greens and pan jus. (gf, nf).
- Roasted Portobello mushroom, oven charred zucchini, red pepper and pumpkin, seasonal greens, baby carrots on cauliflower purée drizzled with red pepper oil. (v, gf, nf).
- Non-Carnivorous Delight - Cauliflower, chickpea and quinoa fritters, combined with fresh spinach, herbs and pulses, topped with a beetroot relish. (V) (GF) (DF)
- Dessert: Dracula's signature dark chocolate coffin, layered with mixed berry mousse, white chocolate liqueur and freeze-dried raspberries.
