GITPACKAGE
Consumer Purchase Terms
Please read the GITPACKAGE Consumer Purchase Terms (the Consumer Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when making a booking via the G Trip website, which is displayed at www.GITPACKAGE.com (the Website).
A consumer is a natural person who makes a booking. Where a consumer makes a booking for 20 participants or more, then the booking will be classed as a Group Booking. Where a consumer makes a booking and any part of the booking exceeds GITPACKAGE’s display inventory, then the booking will be classed as an Out of Inventory Booking. The GITPACKAGE Business Purchase Terms apply to Group Bookings and Out of Inventory Bookings.
When a booking is not a Group Booking or Out of Inventory Booking, it will be a Standard Booking. Reference to Booking Participants refers to those participants of a Standard Booking.
Your completion and submission of your Standard Booking signifies your agreement to be bound by the Consumer Purchase Terms, which constitute an agreement between G Trip Express Pty Ltd ACN 151 140 135 (GITPACKAGE) and you. By agreeing to the Consumer Purchase Terms, you acknowledge that all Booking Participants agree to be bound by similar terms. Any variation of the Consumer Purchase Terms must be in writing and signed by a representative of GITPACKAGE.
You also understand that to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website may amend the Consumer Purchase Terms without prior notice to you at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Any revisions to the Consumer Purchase Terms will take effect when posted on the Website unless otherwise stated. If the revised version includes a substantial change, the Website will provide you with 30 days' prior notice of any substantial change by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Website or the Website services after the effective date of a revised version of the Consumer Purchase Terms constitutes your acceptance of its terms and agreement to be bound by its terms.
By making a Standard Booking, you acknowledge and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and agree to be bound by the Consumer Purchase Terms.
